Leading Worship

Music has been a significant form of Worship of God since the beginning of recorded time. The music ministry at Cedar Creek Baptist Church enjoys learning, rehearsing and presenting a variety of music from old hymns to contemporary praise and worship songs through soloists, praise team, musicians and a full choir. More than learning and presenting music, our greatest privilege and responsibility is to lead in worship. Hard work and learning music is simply our effort to offer God our best and lead all of our Church family in sincere and heartfelt worship.

All are invited.

Our ministry offers something for everyone. You do not have to be a musician to get involved. Do you sing in your car? Do you enjoy Praise and Worship and/or traditional Hymns? Let us provide an outlet for your worship!

Choir and Praise Team

VOW (Voices of Worship) is our full choir for ages 13 and up. We VOW to lead our congregation in worship through worship service participation each week and special musical and dramatic presentations. Praise Team is our small group open to ages 13 and up.

Kids of Praise

Kids of Praise has two age groups, 3 through Kindergarten and 1st thru 6th grade. We learn the basics of music through lessons and games; learn the origins and real meaning of praise and worship thru bible lessons and of course we learn songs and musicals. Our Kids of Praise lead our congregation in worship at least once a quarter and present dramas and musicals throughout the year.

Special Music

Soloists and Musicians are always encouraged. If you have a Biblical message you would like to share through music you are always welcome at Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
