We are hiring! We are searching for a part-time Youth Minister
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a Christian and represent not only CCBC, but Jesus Christ Himself and demonstrate a real love and concern for all people.
- Must be pleasant, discreet, tactful, and capable of honoring confidential communications.
- Must show a willing attitude of Christian service to their position and its responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be a Christian and represent not only CCBC, but Jesus Christ Himself and demonstrate a real love and concern for all people.
- Be prepared and present to teach Sunday School on Sunday mornings at 9:15
- Attend Sunday morning worship service
- Be prepared and present to lead Wednesday night youth group each week from 6:30-8:30
- Organize and attend summer camp
- Organize and attend winter retreat
- Lead the youth in service projects
- Engage with the youth through activities they have going on in life
- Pray diligently for the youth and challenge them to further their relationship with Christ
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least a high school diploma and working towards a Biblical degree
- Well grounded knowledge of the Scriptures
SCHEDULE & SALARY
- Vacation is 6 days per year
- Sick days are 2 per year
