Connect Groups Ladies, are you looking for a fun way to connect with other women in a relaxed setting? We’d love for you to join one of our new women’s small groups, called Connect Groups.

These groups will meet once a quarter (February, May, August, and November) and will consist of a group leader and 8-10 other ladies. It will be  a time to meet, pray, and make connections. Our hope is that the connections you make during these group times will encourage you in your walk.

You can register for more information on our Connect Groups by clicking here. For additional information, you can reach out to Jamye Duren if you have any questions!

Each Connect Group Leader will reach out to their group members the last week of January to provide information about the first meeting in February. If you are filling the Google form out AFTER January 2025, a group leader will be in touch with you soon to share group information with you! We can’t wait to Connect with you soon!

The unwavering focus of Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) is making disciples of Jesus who live on mission.

WMU seeks to come alongside the church to accomplish the mission of God. God issued the mandate for us to be involved in missions through the Great Commission. Our desire is to see all ages energized and motivated and equipped for missions.

We carry out this mission by:

  • providing missions discipleship resources for churches and individuals

KoriEl Ministry

The mission of KoriEl, the Women’s Ministry Team at CCBC, is to nurture, encourage, and equip women. We seek to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of women throughout our church and community, to guide them in finding and fully using their spiritual gifts, to encourage women as they grow in their faith by forming bonds that will advance their spiritual development, and most importantly, to act as a godly example in the world.

What does KoriEl mean?

By blending our group’s mission statement with our scripture, we sought to have a name that celebrated the most important role in our lives, that as a true daughter of God. By combining the Greek word for daughter (Kori) with the Hebrew word for God (El), we proudly found our name, meaning “Daughter of God.” We are God’s daughters: at home by His feet, tabernacled in His presence, and pressing on in Christ to be more like our Father.

We also have additional women’s gatherings and bible studies that meet throughout the year. Please see our Calendar for our upcoming women’s events.
